SPOLU Service Charge Refund Policy

We at SPOLU ensure that you must receive best services with quality satisfaction within the promised timeline. So, service booking fees can’t be refund. However any refund request can be processed under some specific circumstances.

These circumstances could be

A. Product part out of stock
B. Non serviceability of Buyer’s address by our service partners

1. How can I cancel my booking?
Under the given circumstances you may cancel booking by given a written request at care@spolu.in mentioning your booking id in subject line before allotment of budget. After allotment no request will be considered.

2. Can I book multiple bookings?
Yes, you can book as many as you require for the same or different product. Each booking will be treated separate service.

3. How can I pay the fees?
All service booking fees can be paid online using various online methods. We accept all major credit card / debit cards / net banking / third part payment method.
